Join us for a practical, information-packed evening exploring some of the most pressing issues facing dentists today—from insurance investigations and delisting to employment law and the cost of staff turnover.

Four focused presentations will address:

  • Insurance investigations and delisting: Understand what insurers look for, where records and claims can raise concerns, and how an investigation or delisting could affect your practice. Ask yourself, "If your clinical records and insurance claims were reviewed tomorrow, would they tell the same story?"
  • Legal risks and practice value: Explore the legal implications of insurance disputes and their potential impact on your practice’s reputation, financial health and sale value.
  • Employment law: Learn about current workplace issues and the practical considerations that affect your responsibilities as an employer.
  • Hiring That Sticks: The Real Cost of Turnover and Hiring Right the First Time: Discover the hidden costs of turnover and strategies to make better hiring decisions and build a stable team.

Presenters include Shalini Phillips, CEO of the Fractional CHRO; Dr. Raj Arya, dental lawyer; and Dr. Ali Kapasi, insurance consultant and Mr. Mathew Rago, employment lawyer.

The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A moderated by Dr. Mark Eckler, bringing these connected issues into focus and giving you an opportunity to ask the questions that matter to your practice.

Leave with practical insights to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen your team and protect yourself and the value you have built.
