- Not An Experiment (www.NotAnExperiment.ca) is a website that was developed by Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit in collaboration with a group of youth from the community.
- It was created in 2019 in response to a rapid rise in the popularity of vaping among youth and unknowns associated with long-term vaping.
- It is an interactive website available to youth (grades 7 to 12) and their parents to learn more about vaping and its risks.
- There are various resources available directed at youth, parents, and educators to support youth with vaping such as:

Information on vaping, the health effects, and the vaping industry.
o
Support for youth with vaping and mental health, resisting peer pressure and quitting vaping.
o
Support for parents on how to talk to their kids about vaping.
o
Resources for educators to educate youth in schools.
